The person at the top. Usually the Founder. 99% of people fail in MLM. But the ones that make it, make it big! I’ve known people to make over 6 figures.
Most of people who get “rich” in Network Marketing, get that way from putting on training seminars and selling CDs, Tapes, DVDs and other training material.
I read somewhere that one of the big Amway/Quixtar gurus makes about $250,000 per year but only about $30,000 per year comes from the “product” side. The rest comes from the “motivational” side.
One thing though: The phrase “Fake It Till You Make It” runs rampant through all levels of organizations so it is next to impossible to tell who is making any money. If people are losing money (as most are) they act like they are making money. If people are making a little money, they act like they are making a lot.
Sorry, I know this doesn’t answer your question but hopefully it helps a little.
My upline has over 6 million people in his downline and makes something like 4 million dollars a day. He probably is the richest because he has the nicest apartment I have ever seen.

Dick DeVoss…do a google search, but i’m pretty sure. He’s president of Amway, which used to be a MLM…not too sure if it still is.
