To your question. Since I don’t know what business you are involved in, I am not sure what type of market you are looking for.
With my home business, there is a site I use for leads. They can be purchased in different quantities as well as different markets. They are specifically for women only, since most are for businesses that are primarily of interest to women (candles, home decorating, ect.).
I did find another site just today where you can purchase leads. Haven’t signed up or purchased any yet, I am waiting to see how these others work first.
