I think so, Timothy. and I don’t care what other people say- it is not just up to your upline to help you. Sure, that’s what they’re supposed to do-but if you am determined and have no issue about having to possibly be on your own (if your upline sucks-hopefully they wouldn’t, but it is always a possibility)
I think that if anything asks for more than $500 I’d be leary, and I think that what the company is selling is key- I refer travel (Travelocity.com and AIG partners) but I know I couldn’t make money selling makeup, or health drinks, or pots and pans.
These are all good products, but can be a hard sell. My customers are ALREADY looking to go somewhere, I’m just asking them to add my site to their search and more often than not they book there.
Good luck in whatever you do. Like I said before, if you are confident in what your company is selling and you can do it without having to rely solely on your upline you will most likely do well.
imo, only if you start early (you dont want to market something that everyone already has) and that it is a very marketable product (you don’t want to end up trying to market something that nobody needs or wants).
the above and if friends arent going to run in the other direction whenever they see you…”he’s going to try to sell us something again, let’s get away from him”…i’ve seen people who lost friends due to network marketing.
Yes it is possible. It is only worth it if you are willing to study marketing skills that teach you about your target market and positioning so you can be placed in front of those already seeking what you have to offer. Pushing the opportunity and products/services on friends and family will not create success despite what the companies teach.
