there are several!!! One thing if you are going to sell anything you really have to like it! for me I **** Mary kay! so I could never sell it! I personal sell Arbonne and Love it! I have fun with it all the time its a blast!! another one would be candles! I love candles!!!! A great candle at home is Scentsy! here is the web site for the gal that I buy them from!!!
Back in the Great Depression do you know what 3 businesses survived? Alcohol, cigarettes and cosmetics. Cosmetic businesses are recession proof because you are selling consumable prodcuts (how much tupperware can you buy?). I don’t mean to bash other companies but I want you to know about them before you get into them.
One of my good friends used to sell Mary Kay. Do you know how they work? The consultant buys the products at 50% off and when they sell it they mark it up 50% in order to make a profit! My friend felt bad charging her friends and family twice as much as she paid so she always gave them her discount so she never made any money.
This same friend now sells Arbonne and so do I. In Arbonne the customers can get the same discount (35%) that the consultants have and the consultants still make money. And here’s another thing. If you go to the store and buy a jar of vaseline and leave it on your shelf for 6 years before you use it, it will still be like the first day you bought it. Do you know why? Preservatives. Recent research has shown that the preservatives (called parabens) in cosmetics are causing ****** cancer because it is being masked as estrogen in the body. Arbonne uses less than 1% preservatives, which is just enough to keep it out of the refrigerator. My friend called Mary Kay to find out if they have parabens in their products. They said they cannot give out the ingredients! Now don’t you think that they would be more than happy to tell you if they did not use parabens? Arbonne offers complete ingredient lists online. Arbonne products are botanically based, pH correct, hypoallergenic, certified vegan, dermatologist tested, and never tested on animals. You get to meet new people, make your own hours and determine how much you want to get paid!
I love the support I get from Pampered Chef. It’s a great company and I’ve been the neatest people. I’m a lawyer during the day, but trying to leave the day job so I can be home with my 4 kids. With the cost of living in No. California, I can’t afford to quit my job. I chose Pampered Chef because of its mission - bring the family back to the table. Regardless of the economy, I can show people how to make great meals quickly for little money and the right products. If I have a guest who’s short on money, I don’t feel bad that they spent money on buying something for their family. I hope this helps!! Chris.
