MLM - seller receives commission bonus if s/he convinces someone else to become a seller too.
The bad thing is that in order to become distributor you have to pay some entry fee and it is hard, i mean really hard, to break-even because products usually are nothing special and are very hard to sell.
The hype can be very damaging and degrading. The more people build upon themselves instead of building upon the way they are trained, the more successful you can become. In MLM it is normal for you to be trained to push your warm market. That’s wrong, you should study your target market.

MLM is used when services or products it is hard to promote and marketing budget is low. The Only Bad Things about MLM is Deception and the False Hope you gave others. MLM Marketiing is a lot based on Hype.
Although I like the structure as Legal MLM do operate like a normal business. But the way they market makes people suffer
